The documentary short selection is imbued with the isolated dens of characters as intangible as obsessing. It displays a good deal of unsettling places; too calm or too loud. It brings out manic tendencies, unremitting passions. With a soft touch as well as audacity, it creates a dialogue between these various worlds, secluded and atypical, as if unaware of their concealed beauty. But above all, a slow-motions dachshund race.
