Michalis Moschoutis is an amazing and radical guitarist and composer, from Athens. His work focuses on the materiality and the physicality of sound. His freely improvised performances find him strumming, bowing and wildly, almost brutally, plucking the loosened strings of his nylon-string guitar, he creates a savage mass of disturbing sound. A brutal force on fragile acoustic strings, his mind-blowing music is as virtuoso and intense as it is engaging and raw.
